Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish was an Australian actor. Her birth date was July 7, 1982. Cornish is best known for her performances in films including Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) as well as Sarah and Geostorm (2017). The first time that Cornish won a Screen Actors Guild Award was for her role in this film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin starred in Adventureland, (2009) while Ann McDonough was in The Mothman Prophecies and other films. Betty Gilpin's parents were incredibly supportive and encouraged her to become an actor. Fordham College became her choice to attend college because it gave her the opportunity to learn and develop the abilities she required to be a professional actress. Gilpin was still auditioning for television and film parts, while also appearing in Off Broadway shows. Following a brief appearance on the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent and a few other small parts in Ghost Town (2009) and The Northern Kingdom (2008). Gilpin kept landing mostly TV guest spots in the subsequent years before she got her first break, in 2013, when she was offered the part of Nurse Jackie. Gilpin starred as the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin on 34 episodes before Nurse Jackie was removed in June of 2015. Gilpin was as well featured in True Story (2015), the thriller.
